Important: 911 and internet phone service
- Every Voxtello line will require a registered 911 address, so emergency services know where to send help.
- If you move or use a phone at a different address, you must update your 911 address before calling from there.
- Internet phone service, including 911, may not work during a power outage or internet outage.
- Make sure everyone who uses your phones knows these limits.
